The Palomar laser is used to deliver high energy light to the lower layers of the skin. The light gets converted to heat, which stimulates collagen and elastin production and skin rejuvenation. The laser is "fractionated," so a portion of the dermis is protected. This results in minimal redness and no time away from your usual activities.
